To start the process, select the specialty assessment below that represents your certification specialty AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE.

If you see no assessment listings, you must sign in to the website with your password to access.

  • Both PC and MAC users can access the assessment below.

  • The continuing competency assessment requires Internet Explorer 6+, FireFox 3+, Safari 5+ or Google Chrome.

  • Please read Taking the Assessment  (right hand column) before you begin.

  • If you have a difficulty with launching the assessment, email us at contact us and tell us what kind of computer you are using PC or MAC and your type of browser (e.g. Window 7, Safari etc).

  • Try re-accessing first as most times, individuals can successfully reconnect.

  • Remember cookies must be enabled on your computer and filters may interfere with launching the assessment so disable them if you encounter a launch problem. This occurs most frequently when using an employer computer.

  • If you accidentally exit out during the assessment, you can try re-accessing through this  portal.   If it is no longer available to you, email us at info@nccnet.org.

  • If you do not receive your education plan results immediately after submitting your assessment, check your account as the education plan will be maintained in your account for your review at any time.  It will not appear until the total two hours and 15 minutes allotted for taking assessment has expired.

  • Your 5 hours earned for taking the assessment appears in your online maintenance application not your account.

  • No CE certificate will be issued as the CE earned is not transferable to any venue outside of NCC maintenance.

  • By signing into the website and validation of your identity, the site automatically knows if you are in Stage 1 or Stage 2.

  • Stage 1 and Stage 2 participants can access the assessment by clicking on the links below.

Please note if you are either in the reinstatement period or have extended your maintenance application filing date, you cannot access the assessment until you maintain.  Once you maintain, you will be in Stage 2 of the program.
