• Order your module via the on-line store 
• Receive email confirmation of your order
• Access reading materials & test via the online test center
• Read the materials
• Take the test online via the on-line testing center
• Achieve 70% and pass or retake
• Results and certificate is available in your NCC website account
• If not successful, can retake the test one more time at no charge
