Request verification

  • You can now request multiple verifications under one payment. Just select Add another certificant. When printing, use the back arrow to print the next one - do NOT use the X box in the upper right-hand corner.
  • There are no refunds for verifications for any reason.
  • If you are sending the verification by email and it is undeliverable or doesn’t reach the party, the fee is not refundable.
  • Payment can be made by check or credit card (Mastercard, American Express or Visa)

NOTE: VERIFICATIONS UNDER THE LOOK UP ONLY OPTION CANNOT BE PRINTED.

  • YOU CAN VIEW LOOK UP ONLY VERIFICATIONS BY CLICKING THE LINK(S) ON YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION PAGE.
  • IF YOU WANT A PRINTED COPY OF THE VERIFICATION, SELECT LOOK UP AND DOWNLOAD A COPY.
  • REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR LOOK UP CHARGES BECAUSE A COPY COULD NOT BE PRINTED.

You must use the email option to send an original source verification to your State Board.

By requesting this verification, you agree that you have written permission from the certificant to do so. You must request the NCC ID# from the certificant in order to access the verification system.

ATTENTION: NEWLY CERTIFIED:

If you recently have become certified, you CANNOT send a verification UNTIL you have received your official results in the mail. Results received at computer test sites are unofficial. Once you have received your results via mail, you can request your verification.
