Your NCC Profile

An essential functionality of the website is your NCC profile.  The profile allows the site to personalize your information to the submissions you make to the site.  Once you create your profile which requires an email address and your NCC ID#, you will be able to access your personal certification data via a password you designate.

Whenever you visit the site, you should sign in with email and password. To create a profile or sign in if already created it, click on the appropriate link in the upper right hand corner of the home page of the NCC website: www.nccwebsite.org

 Advantages of creating a profile and signing in includes:   

  • update of your profile if needed (address or name change, etc)
  • maintain your certification online and the information shown will be for your certifications only
  • all information for any submission will be pre-populated so you won’t have to keep putting in your personal data every time you visit the site
  • discounts purchase of NCC self assessment modules are automatically applied
  • review any activity you have done online at the NCC website, e.g, purchases, CE credit, maintenance applications.  

So if you need a receipt for self assessment purchase you made, it is in your account.  If you forgot to print out your maintenance application, it is in your account, etc.

But, please remember, the site can only remember what you have done on the website. If you purchase a hard copy self assessment that comes to you in the mail, the order for that module will be  in your account because you ordered it online but no certificate of completion will be stored in the account, because you would have not submitted the answers online but by mail with an answer sheet. Also remember that transactions prior to the new website’s debut in November 2008, will also not be reflected in your account.
