There are no refunds for verifications for any reason. If you are sending the verification by email and it is undeliverable or doesn’t reach the party, the fee is not refundable. If you select Look up only verification, refund will not be issued because a copy could not be printed.
By requesting this verification, you agree that you have written permission from the certificant to do so. You must request the NCC ID# from the certificant in order to access the verification system.
If you have recently become certified, you CANNOT send a verification UNTIL you have received your official results in the mail or in your NCC account. Once you have received your results via mail, you can request your verification.
