Neonatal Pediatric Transport (C-NPT®) certification focuses on stabilization and transport interventions for critically ill neonates and children. This multidisciplinary certification is for health care professionals who work as a team providing care to neonatal and/or pediatric patients beyond the walls of the hospital.
This exam encompasses the wide range of knowledge necessary to provide stabilization and life-saving interventions to neonates and children during transport. It covers core transport knowledge relative to acute care emergencies or complications from major medical or surgical conditions in the neonatal and pediatric populations.
