The Obstetric and Neonatal Quality and Safety (C-ONQS)
certification focuses on the knowledge, skills and tools used to assess, evaluate, and integrate quality and safety into practice in the obstetric and neonatal settings.
This multidisciplinary certification is for health care professionals who practice, develop and/or implement Q&S initiatives, educate and train obstetric and/or neonatal teams in Q&S practices, advocate for resource needs by serving as a liaison between clinicians and administrators and apply recognized methods to design and implement sustainable Q&S initiatives.
